When Enough is Enough: How Resistance Turned to Revolution in 1775 with Prof Robert J Allison

Prof. Robert J. Allison, renown scholar, author, professor of Early American History, and Chair of Revolution250 will set the stage for what ultimately became the American Revolution.

Prof. Allison will explore the conservative roots of the American Revolution, how the desire to protect the colonial way of life escalated into rebellion, and how Massachusetts—and Lincoln—were at the heart of it all.

Presented by the Lincoln Historical Society and Lincoln250: Launching Lincoln’s yearlong series of events in celebration of the 250th anniversary of April 19, 1775.
